Carebridge EAP provides 24/7 support and connects members with our provider network for both in-person and virtual mental health and life coaching appointments. Our Work-Life Department assists members with expert research and referrals to enhance work-life balance, covering areas such as childcare, eldercare, pet care, education, parenting, and adoption. Each member also receives one financial consultation and one legal consultation per issue annually with a financial coach and a licensed attorney in their area, respectively. For management and HR, our EAP department offers unlimited consultations for immediate interventions, a formal referral process for performance-related issues, and support with organizational challenges. Additional services include CISD, DOT/SAP referrals, participation in benefit and wellness fairs, and onsite or virtual training for managers and employees.
