YOL is a corporate learning and wellbeing organization dedicated to enhancing workplace culture. Our comprehensive programs integrate wellbeing training, mindfulness, resilience development, shared service engagement, and impactful leadership training. We aim to promote compassion, connection, and collaboration through a holistic approach to wellbeing and human-centered leadership. Our vision is to create a more conscious, connected, and generous world driven by a shared purpose.

Utilizing evidence-based practices, we offer our programs in various formats—online, offline, on-site, and off-site—to boost compassion, performance, connection, and productivity. Companies partner with YOL to effectively combat burnout and stress, fast-track high-potential talent, unify diverse teams, and empower the next generation of women leaders, among other initiatives.
