SafelyYou, a company spun out of the UC Berkeley AI Research Lab, utilizes artificial intelligence to improve managed Alzheimer's care by reducing the frequency and impact of falls, which are the leading cause of hospitalization among Alzheimer's patients. Our peer-reviewed research demonstrates that communities implementing our system experience up to 80% fewer falls, with an average reduction of 40% in falls and a 70% decrease in ER visits related to falls. We have successfully secured funding from prominent venture capital firms, as well as support from government funding agencies such as the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation.
