MOBE supports these individuals with a comprehensive program that combines medication optimization from pharmacists and lifestyle guidance from health guides, achieving an average engagement rate of 30% in one-on-one interactions. Through improved health outcomes, MOBE reduces healthcare utilization, resulting in savings for our clients. Our program is fully funded through the savings we generate; if we do not generate savings, our services are free.
