Initially focused on General Industry safety and HR services, we have evolved to address the diverse and changing needs of our clients, offering expertise in industry-specific compliance and regulatory issues across Safety, HR, DOT, ISNetworld, and more. In response to the rising costs of Workers’ Compensation in the late 80s, many companies opted to customize their benefit programs, which increased the demand for tailored safety programs and HR policies among responsible Non-Subscribers. Blakeman & Associates successfully met this demand and now serves a wide range of industries, including government organizations, small businesses, large co-ops, environmental sectors, energy, fabrication, machining, nursing homes, and construction, giving us extensive knowledge and experience across multiple sectors.
