Our MyCareDesk platform delivers a comprehensive suite of digital tools, education, and resources in a HIPAA-compliant environment, facilitating collaboration through workflow tools for care team tasks and complex caregiving topics. We also provide emotional support through virtual support group facilitation, creating judgment-free spaces for caregivers to share their experiences. Since launching the national Caregiver Help Line for the Caregiver Action Network in 2018, we have supported over 20,000 caregivers and helped health plans nationwide develop effective caregiver support strategies.
