In 1997, founders Dennis McGinley and Jim Gass saw a gap in the catering market while leveraging their extensive restaurant management and catering backgrounds. Local Miami businesses sought reliable catering services that offered high-quality food without the stress of setup, repackaging uneaten items, and post-event cleanup. This demand for a fresh, full-service catering approach prompted the launch of the first Corporate Caterers, dedicated to providing consistently excellent food to the business community. The model quickly flourished, leading to the opening of additional locations throughout Florida and the first out-of-state restaurant in 2010. Today, Corporate Caterers operates in over 30 regional markets, providing clients with a diverse menu that includes both classic favorites and innovative dishes. In 2017, the company celebrated its 20th franchise milestone and appointed Greg Halton as CEO, under whose leadership operations have been streamlined and the brand's growth accelerated.
