Flexible Benefit Administrators, Inc. (FBA) was founded by G. Landon Browning, Jr., who served on the Cafeteria Plan Advisory Board to create the reimbursement plan under IRS Section 125. During his time on the Board, he identified the need for a comprehensive benefits package that caters to the needs of individuals both at work and at home. Guided by this vision, FBA specializes in providing full-service benefits administration for companies around the globe.
