By the late 1920s, Lessing's was serving the workforce from up to 20 locations, including the iconic Woolworth Building on Wall Street. Today, the brand emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and nutrition, operating over 100 locations across corporate dining, educational institutions, private and public clubs, and vending accounts. Renowned on Long Island, Lessing’s owns and operates several upscale dining establishments, including the four-star Mirabelle with exquisite French cuisine, the waterfront View Restaurant known for its seafood, and popular "Main Street" locations like Post Office Café, Maxwell’s, Library Café, and Finnegan’s offering moderately priced American fare.
