PAi was founded in 1983 by Michael Kiley with the mission to provide affordable, best-in-class retirement plans for American small business owners. This vision was inspired by Michael's father's experience at age 62, when he realized his retirement plan fell short, forcing him to work until age 80. This highlighted the need for a better system for average business owners and employees. PAi collaborates with industry leaders, advocacy groups, government officials, and committed brands to address the retirement gap, believing that together, they can empower all workers to achieve retirement readiness.
