Employers set the parameters for credit allowances ranging from $500 to $2,000, with repayment terms spanning 12 to 36 months for various spending categories, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, mental health, and veterinary care. Employees can activate their card without a credit check, gaining access to a virtual Visa card, with a physical card delivered by mail. After transactions, employees can establish a personalized repayment plan, with deductions managed through payroll or linked bank accounts, ensuring no interest or fees apply. Should payments become overdue, cards are frozen, relieving employers of any responsibility for unpaid balances.
