The Lactation Network (TLN) believes that lactation care is a fundamental human right, ensuring that all parents have access to essential resources for their own well-being and that of their babies. Despite being mandated under the Affordable Care Act, many families struggle to find accessible and fully covered expert care. TLN, with the largest network of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), collaborates with employers to connect employees and their dependents with crucial preventative care during the prenatal and postpartum phases. Since our inception in 2016, we have supported over 100,000 families by providing face-to-face care across the US. Our comprehensive lactation benefit solution not only helps employers attract and retain talent but also enhances employee satisfaction, fosters an inclusive workplace, and reduces healthcare costs. We aim to provide expert lactation support to employees and their dependents whenever and wherever needed, while also educating and advocating for parents and IBCLCs, ensuring every caregiver can thrive.
