In 1979, Susan Mendelson launched The Lazy Gourmet, one of the first catering companies in Vancouver. Throughout the years, we have remained dedicated to quality food, sustainability, community, and exceptional service. Now, over 39 years later, we are proud to be the largest catering and events company in Vancouver, employing more than 150 staff members.
