Getting started is simple. You will have a chat with Karen, who will learn about you and what is important to you while you learn about her, the processes, modalities, and methods available to support you. If it feels like a good fit for your family, Karen will send an agreement for you to read, sign, and return. Once the retainer is received, we will schedule two prenatal visits, and then the journey begins. We are here to support you throughout your pregnancy, during the birth, and until your baby is around three months old.
